Property Manager, Owner
David Pierce, CCIM has is a residential and commercial property manager with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate including property management, leasing, sales, investments, and development.
David is also a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida.
David has been a real estate broker for 34 years since he graduated with a Real Estate Finance degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He earned the prestigious CCIM certification in 1991 for commercial investment real estate.
Orlando Association Manager in Volusia County
Teresa is a licensed Community Association Manager in Volusia County Florida who served for years as the President of her Deland Condominium Association prior to obtaining her license. She has experience in COA/HOA management, financial planning, bookkeeping, site improvements, vendor coordination, conflict resolution, and association communications.
Teresa graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Stetson University and with a Master’s degree in English from Middlebury College. Teresa taught high school English for 10 years before changing careers.
